Attending Auburn University, Josh is pursuing a degree in Building Science. His professional journey has been enriched by valuable experiences collaborating with general contractors, contributing to a robust portfolio in construction knowledge. Josh's deep understanding of construction uniquely positions him to provide comprehensive insights when partnering with builders to optimize land utilization. Known among his peers for his resolute problem-solving skills, Josh has garnered praise for his unwavering ability to overcome challenges in diverse environments. As he currently works for Brasfield & Gorrie, his knowledge of construction continues to expand. Josh specializes in translating his construction knowledge into realistic pro forma analysis’ for builders to understand all aspects of the property's financial projections.

Cole Seferyn

Attending Auburn University, Cole is pursuing a degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate Development. With gained real estate knowledge through working closely with custom home builders, Cole specializes in understanding needs when it comes to land acquisition. He had the opportunity to work with Cushman & Wakefield, Caldwell Development, and Eric John Builders which taught him the value of taking on development services in his wheelhouse which in-turn allows builders to focus on what really matters, building a quality property that reflects the values of their company. He is eager to collaborate closely with builders to deliver meticulous service. Cole oversees the property analysis stage of the process which includes analyzing easements, topography, property history, and city codes to ensure the property not only meets the client's criteria but also will logistically be a success.

Attending Auburn University, Sam is pursuing a degree in Finance. His exceptional record performance in summer intern sales underscores his natural aptitude for networking and cultivating strong workplace relationships. Through his experience working for Northwestern Mutual, a fortune 100 company, Sam has gained vast knowledge in the finance world. In addition, he currently is a college financial representative in the Hoover area, which is a testament to his commitment to expand companies financial strategies. He is committed to providing builders with precise and comprehensive analysis’, ensuring their needs are met with dedicated attention and professional integrity for the advancement of your organization. Sam leads the charge in researching new properties that fit the tailored desires and area that our clients are looking for.

Attending Auburn University, Mason is pursuing a degree in Building Science with a minor in Finance. He has gained valuable industry experience through roles at New South Construction and Brent Scarbrough Company. At New South Construction, Mason learned about the intricacies of the construction field. His tenure at Brent Scarbrough Company provided hands-on experience with land classification and site development, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of on-site layout and design. In his role Mason specializes in land layout and floor plan management, along with external contract formation. He excels in crafting precise and strategic land use plans, ensuring that all aspects of development align with both client needs and project goals. Mason’s expertise is crucial in researching and identifying new properties that meet client specifications.
